Other
methods used to enlarge the penis...
In this section we
will discuss the other methods of penis enlargement marketed
around the world. These methods include: the Lengthening and
Widening Surgeries, Vacuum Pumping,
Weight Hanging and Penile Stretching. While some of these can be somewhat
effective when combined with proper exercise, others are extremely dangerous and should be avoided
entirely. Surgery
Incredibly dangerous and extremely expensive
Price range - $4,000 - $10,000+
The first
thing you need to understand is that the penis actually extends
about 1.5 to 2" inside the body. A surgeon must sever the ligaments holding
the penis in place, which allows this inner part to descend. (note picture
below)
But in
order for this to happen, you must wear weights or a stretching devices
attached to your penis for several months after the operation. If
your lucky you might gain one inch, although some men actually lose
length due to scar tissue. Even assuming that everything goes well,
and you don't get an infection or have other complications, two other
consequences will occur: the base or shaft of your penis will now have
hair on it, so you will need to continually keep it shaved; and without
the ligaments in place, your erection will point downwards.
Width is added by removing fat cells from
another part of your body (usually the abdomen or buttocks) and injecting
them below the skin of your penis. There are a couple of problems
with this procedure: First, there is nothing to anchor the injected fat
cells, so they often clump and reabsorb. Most men require numerous
repeat injections to smooth out the bumps and caverns. Also, nothing
can be done to increase the size of the head (glans) of your penis, so you
would wind up with a thick shaft and a small head. The
procedure is expensive, extremely risky, incredibly painful, and the
results usually do not look natural. The procedure is
unregulated, still considered "experimental," and is not
taught at any medical school. The American Society for Aesthetic
Plastic Surgery has stated that it has "not been shown to be safe
or effective" and advised its members not to perform the
procedure. A recent article in the
Journal of Urology stated that the surgery should not even
be considered unless a man's erect penis was less than
three inches in length!

During
our research on these surgeries, we found numerous horror
stories from men explaining their experiences of going under
the knife to enlarge their penises. Instead
of enlargement as promised, they received
many
or all of the following:
- Infection
- Severe
scarring
- Severely
deformed penis
- Impotence
or loss of sex drive
- Painful
erections
- Decreased
circulation
- Lumps
and cavernous pits
- Damage
to the nerves of the penis
Some
have even died on the operating table. |
The pictures
above are the after effects of a poorly done surgery. This
unfortunate gentleman has experienced the
less talked about side of penis enlargement surgery. The
horrible "fine print" side. Have you ever seen the
legal disclaimer that you have to sign? Basically it says that
whatever happens, whether it be death or dismemberment, the doctor is
in the clear. They promise nothing and NO REFUNDS! See it here.
Why even consider
surgery when you can make better, safer gains naturally? Even if somehow
you were one of the lucky few who had a "successful" surgery, you'd
still have to wear weights or a stretching device for 3 - 6 months
afterwards. In 3 - 6 months on the penitone program you could make much
better gains without the risk, pain, complications or scarring. It's a no
brainer - stay away from the knife.
