  • Before performing ANY exercises, read our LEGAL NOTICE.  This protects us from anyone out there looking to make an easy buck by taking companies to court.  Gotta love those lawyers!  This program and website are for information purposes ONLY.  Always consult your personal physician before starting any training program.
  • Read all of the "Introductions" before engaging in any of the "exercises".  This ensures you will understand and know how to properly perform them and know any potential risks by over-performing the exercises.
  • Don't start any of the exercises until you've read all the information about them.  Some of these exercises can cause small red dots (like a hickey) on the head of your penis.  DON'T be concerned as this is perfectly normal and should subside within the first week or so of exercise.  The red dots are caused from the increase in blood flow to your penis.
  • You should read the ENTIRE manual before choosing where to begin your exercise regimen.  This allows you to know exactly what each exercise targets and build a build a program that gets the kind of results you are looking to achieve.
  • Make sure you read the "Breathing Exercises" and "Mental Visualization" sections.  These area's will aid in your progress more than you might imagine.  
  • Don't expect permanent results in just a few weeks.  Commit yourself to 3 - 6 months or more of diligent practice.  Some people respond quicker than others.  Never get discouraged, The results will come!
